Spring Hill Paranormal Investigators is a Central Pennsylvania-based team with a shared interest in the paranormal, local history and the stories that stay with a place.

Founded by Bill and Lisa, S.H.P.I. brings together investigators with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences, all with the same goal: to better understand the things that aren't easily explained.

We approach every investigation with curiosity and an open mind, but we don't assume every strange sound, unexplained light or unusual experience is paranormal. We take the time to listen, research the history of a location, document what happens while we're there and carefully review what we've collected afterward.

Sometimes there's an explanation. Sometimes there isn't. Both are worth knowing.

More than chasing ghosts.

For us, paranormal investigation is as much about the people and places as it is about the unexplained.

Every location has a history, and every person who reaches out to us has a reason for doing so. Whether we're investigating a private residence, historic property, business or public location, we treat the space, its history and the people connected to it with respect.

We aren't there to create a scary story. We're there to ask questions, pay attention and see what we can learn.

Mark Keyes
Director of The Pennsylvania Paranormal Association

In October 2015, we became one of The Pennsylvania Paranormal Association's Resolution Teams. Over the years, we have assisted Mark with cases across Pennsylvania. In April 2019, Mark made the trip from the Scranton area to Bellefonte to participate in our class investigation. This was a real treat for us and our students.
